Overview
Qatar Executive’s fixed base operations at Doha International Airport (DIA) is strategically located within the ramp area, providing direct access to all of the adjacent airside service facilities. Our 24/7 operations allow greater flexibility as we work hand-in-hand with DIA and Hamad International Airport (HIA). Our friendly and experienced staff are available at all times to assist your requests with the utmost care and attention. For visiting passengers, our FBO lounge offers an array of services including internet access, daily newspapers, refreshments and a comfortable, stylish interior to relax in before boarding. For flight crew, a briefing area is available with internet access, refreshments and day rooms as well as shower facilities for the turnaround crew. Our FBO staff are readily available to arrange support services including fuel, weather reports, catering, hotel accommodation and transportation, making your experience in Qatar smooth and flawless for both passengers and crew.

Information:
- All settlements must be by credit cards / bank transfer or in cash (USD, Euro, QAR) unless credit facility given.
- Any disbursement to third parties on behalf of the buyer of the services will be charged to the buyer at cost plus 10% accounting surcharge.
- All aircraft handling requests must be sent to Qatar Executive at least 24 hours prior to planned arrival / departure.

- Dedicated AOG, a support team using the Qatar Airways network to provide industry-leading response times to support customers
- As an approved Bombardier Authorised Service Facility (ASF), we can offer a full service in the BD700 and CL600 series aircraft with warranty support and reclaim
- Highly-experienced Gulfstream maintenance team with unparalleled capability in region for G650 and GVII-G500

Payments
- All invoice settlements in cash, credit card or by bank wire transfer prior to aircraft departure unless credit facilities have been agreed in advance.
- Billing for all services will be done from Qatar Executive
